Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY : We currently post Tuesday and Friday each week – we use Royal Mail 1st class signed for and International Tracked and Signed on International and European orders and once posted the delivery times are down to Royal Mail and the postal system within your own country. During the pandemic, mail may be slower than usual so we ask you to please allow extra time for receiving goods. We would expect your Royal Mail UK order to arrive within 1-3 days and an International Order 5-20 days depending on destination. Royal mail do not allow claims for items lost to be actioned before 15 days after posting for UK orders. Please read our Q & A below.

What shipping methods do you offer?
For orders up to 2kg we offer Royal Mail first class signed for and for international orders – tracked and signed
For orders over 2kg we can organise a quote for you using a number of courier choices depending on destination. Please get in touch via the contact page.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to these countries
Europe: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain
World Zone 1: Canada, United States (US)
World Zone 2: Australia, New Zealand

Do you offer free shipping?
No sorry we do not offer free shipping

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please let us know by firstly sending an email to sales@lovevintage.co.uk with accompanying photographs and we will take you through the return process.

How do I send back a return?
There is a 14-day refund policy. Please email sales@lovevintage.co.uk if you wish to return an item. You may return an item within 14 days, (except for sale items) in its original packaging, and as originally sent to you, and showing no further signs of use. The original postage will not be refunded and you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods except if the item has been damaged in transit, then original postage will be refunded along with the cost of the goods.

Do I need to pay for shipping on returns?
Yes you need to pay for the shipping if you wish to return an item. The return shipping method used must be one that includes a signature on delivery otherwise we will be unable to refund the item if it goes missing when being returned.

How many days after purchase can I return an item?
You have 14 days to return the product.

Do you offer full refunds or a shop credit?
We offer you a refund less the original postage that it cost for us to send you the goods – again if the item has been damaged during transit then we will offer a full refund.

Sale Items:
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Recorded Delivery UK:
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery which requires a signature on delivery. If you are not at home Royal Mail may leave a delivery card for you to rearrange delivery – if you do not pick up the order or rearrange for the delivery within the time frame Royal Mail stipulates (currently 18 days from 1st attempt at delivery) we will not be responsible for paying for postage again if the item is returned to us as undelivered. So any redelivery date to you from Royal Mail must be within 18 calendar days of their first attempted delivery.
