This is a lovely Arthur Sanderson & Sons Limited 1990s fabric of an archive Morris & Co Print “Fruit”. The original wallpaper print was designed in 1860s – also referred to as ‘Pomegranate’ using designs from Morris’s tapestry work. According to the wonderful V&A who have a sample of the original wallpaper, “‘Fruit’ was one of the most popular and became a favourite with the design-conscious in the late 19th Century”. The Morris & Co division of Sanderson now own the original printing blocks. There were later variations of the original wallpaper in 1866 which are more like this fabric design. Would make fabulous cushions. Small sewn hem around all sides – great condition – can’t see any marks.  Has been laundered.
Measurements: 138.5 cm width x 130cm length with sewn hems on all sides
